Material Moved per Litre: Worked Example
The same operating baseline can be expressed from the opposite direction: material movement per litre of tractor fuel.
Calculation
Using 10 m³/hour divided by 5.5 L/hour gives approximately 1.82 m³ per litre.
What it means
This ratio is useful for scenario planning only when the underlying production and fuel assumptions are realistic for the actual job. It should not be presented as a guaranteed machine rating.
Operating-data qualification
The figures on this page are worked examples based on the stated baseline assumptions, not guaranteed production or fuel-consumption figures. Actual results vary with tractor, soil and material, moisture, loading efficiency, haul distance, grade, traffic, operator, weather and site conditions. Measure the actual job before making a commercial decision.
