ISO 7133:2013 establishes terminology and the content expected in commercial literature specifications for scrapers, including towed scrapers and their equipment.
What this means for Dugong
It supports accurate use of scraper terminology and a disciplined specification format. It should not be represented as an ISO certification of the complete machine unless a separate conformity process establishes that claim.
Search terminology
Useful descriptive terms should remain tied to the machine: grader scraper, tractor-towed scraper, scraper bowl, cutting edge, loading, carrying and spreading functions, where technically applicable.
